Bill Johnson has received a grant to write a Norway Baseball History. He plans to have it done in 2012 and presented to the Society for American Baseball Research. Bill and the museum have taken this one step further and have compiled a book about Norway baseball which should be in print sometime in 2012. The book will be sold at the museum. If anyone has Norway Baseball information or photos of interest that could be included in the history, please contact the museum. We are especially interested in pictures of the old grandstand, high school team pictures prior to 1950, and in town team rosters. Bill is continually doing research for the book and made his first trip to Norway during the 2010 Labor Day holiday. He returned in December 2010 and was back in 2011 for additional research, interviews and more. If any one is interested in helping with proof reading please contact the museum.
